My Story
Hi I'm Helen. I have been vegan for many years now and I just love to bake. There sadly still aren't enough vegan cakes in the world and I'm hoping to change that one bake at a time!
I'm a big animal lover and live in Storrington with my husband, three children, one dog, two cats and two guinea pigs.
I'm just getting started with The Gentle Bakery so watch this space...
